Salary
LKR 150,000Responsibility
- Achieve sales targets and drive incremental growth through effective sales management.
- Design and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and strengthen the company’s presence.
- Build relationships with prospects by establishing contact and following up effectively.
- Recruit, set objectives, coach, and monitor the performance of sales representatives.
- Handle the pressure of meeting targets within deadlines.
- Organize sales visits and present company products to clients.
- Maintain high service quality standards in line with organizational policies.
- Collect, analyze, and summarize information to prepare detailed sales reports.
- Consistently meet monthly and annual sales targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Sales & Marketing.
- Experience in working closely with Architects and Interior Designers is an added advantage.
- Fluency in English is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and PR skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
- Candidates must be below 35 years of age.
- Open to female candidates only.
